History of the Making of Phra Nang Phaya Lang Code
Material: Nur Din (sacred clay)
Year: B.E. 2514 (1971 CE)
Location: Yodit Camp, Saraburi Province
Associated Batch: Consecrated in the same grand ceremony as Phra Kring Taksin
Background and Purpose
Phra Nang Phaya amulets, known for their protective and charming attributes—especially for women—were crafted in this batch using Nur Din and blessed during one of the most important amulet consecration ceremonies of the era. The amulets were distributed among devotees, military personnel, and lay followers. This batch is also notable for being one of the rare occasions where Luang Phor Kuay (Wat Kositaram) performed a full-night blessing ritual outside of his temple.
Joint Ceremony: One of the Greatest of B.E. 2514
This powerful mass consecration ceremony was held at Yodit Military Camp, Saraburi, and it also included the making of other sacred amulets such as Phra Kring Taksin and Phra Rod. The event is widely regarded as second to none in terms of scale, ritual purity, and the number of renowned monks in attendance.
In particular, Luang Phor Kuay displayed spiritual endurance by remaining seated in deep meditation and blessing posture throughout the night, without moving or resting—infusing the batch with great power.
