At Thai Amulets Collection, authenticity is at the heart of everything we do. We recognise the spiritual significance and historical value behind every amulet. Our responsibility is to ensure that collectors receive pieces that are genuine, traceable, and worthy of reverence or investment.
Verification & Certification
All amulets sold through our platform are either:
- Accompanied by an existing certificate of authenticity, or
- Eligible for third-party verification at respected centres in Thailand.

We support consultancy services for these verification centres and can guide customers on how to submit their amulet for independent appraisal, if needed.
Refund Policy
If an amulet purchased from us fails authentication at any of the above-mentioned verification centres, we offer a 100% refund, no questions asked, as long as the claim is made within 3 months of purchase.
To qualify for a refund:
- Submit official documentation from the verification centre stating that the amulet failed authentication.
- Return the amulet in its original condition.
This policy applies strictly to authentication results from established and widely recognised institutions.
Buy-Back Policy
Our buy-back service is available only for customers who purchased the amulet directly from Thai Amulets Collection.
Key points:
- Buy-back value ranges between 50% to 60% of the original purchase price.
- Buy-back is subject to market demand, amulet condition, and current collector interest.
- We do not guarantee buy-back for every item.
To request a buy-back offer, customers must provide:
- Original proof of purchase
- Current photos of the amulet
- Certificate (if available)
We will assess the request and provide an offer accordingly.

申請退款須提供：
- 鑑定機構出具的正式報告，說明該佛牌未通過真品驗證。
- 以原狀退回該佛牌。
此政策僅適用於具備公信力與廣泛認可的鑑定機構。
