Background
In B.E. 2500 (1957), the revered Luang Phor Kuay Chudtintaro, abbot of Wat Kositaram, created the special batch of Phra Khun Paen Khi Hong Phray amulets. These were produced as part of Wat Kositaram’s efforts to raise funds for temple renovations and to support the propagation of Buddhist teachings in Chai Nat Province.
Luang Phor Kuay (B.E. 2448–2522) was widely known for his mastery of both Wicha Phra Khun Paen and southern-style sacred sciences. His amulets are highly regarded for their combination of charm, protection, and prosperity-blessing qualities.
