About Luang Phor Kasem
Luang Phor Kasem Khemako (BE 2455 – BE 2539 / 1912 – 1996) was one of Thailand’s most revered forest monks, renowned for his strict ascetic practice, deep meditation, and extraordinary spiritual discipline. He spent decades in solitary practice at Trilak Cemetery in Lampang, living simply, refusing comfort, and constantly focusing on Dhamma cultivation.
Known as the “Arahant of Lampang”, he rarely left the cemetery, receiving visitors only for Dhamma and blessing purposes. His sacred objects are believed to possess strong protective power and metta (loving-kindness), with many reports of miraculous experiences from devotees.
